Frequently asked Questions...

Is a referral from a doctor necessary ?

No, you don’t need a referral to see me. You can book directly with me by sending an email. Many patients come to me first when they suspect ADHD, and I'll guide you step by step through the process without needing prior approval from a GP. That said, some patients do arrive with a referral, and I are happy to work in collaboration with your doctor if that’s the case.

Can I use the results for workplace or university accommodations?

Yes. These assessment reports are comprehensive, professional, and meet clinical standards. They are often accepted by employers, HR departments, and universities to support requests such as extra time, flexible work arrangements, or other accommodations. If your workplace or university has specific requirements, I can also provide additional supporting letters.

How long does the assessment process take ?

The full assessment process typically takes around three weeks, with time between sessions for completing questionnaires and reflecting on your experiences.

What happens after the assessment ?

You'll receive a clear report, recommendations, and guidance on treatment or accommodations, possible referrals for other mental health care professionals if needed  and ongoing support is available if needed.

Can I do the assessment online ?

Absolutely. Evaluations can be completed entirely online through a secure and confidential video platform. Patients can join from Paris or other regions of France.
