About me

I began my training in Psychology at Marymount Manhattan College in New York where I graduated with high honours. I then received an additional undergraduate degree and a Masters of Clinical psychology from the University of Paris Cité graduating with honours. My prior clinical placements were at Beaujon hospital and Paul Brousse hospital, both within their addiction units. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in France. My most recent clinical experience has been at Paris Psychology centre, a mental health centre for English-speakers in Paris. I am completing an additional training in Cognitive and behavioural therapy with the French Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (AFTCC). In addition, I am also in a training to become an ADHD Clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP).

Before becoming a psychologist and psychotherapist, I trained and worked as a professional ballet dancer. This gave me first-hand experience of the importance of connecting the mind and the body. It also gave me the opportunity to see the importance of being in touch with what makes you feel fulfilled and happy. Throughout this process, I became increasingly interested in helping people connect with what makes them feel most alive and fulfilled. This took me on a journey towards helping people through psychology, which has, in turn, become my true passion in life.

My training and experience in psychology allows me to treat a wide variety of problems and a broad range of mental disorders. I have experience with issues linked to anxiety, depression, self-worth, relationship problems, work and study issues… I'm passionate about helping others, and I am committed to providing patients with the tools and strategies they need.

Whatever you are currently experiencing, it would be a privilege for me to guide you through it, to help you see things from another perspective, and to achieve emotional balance, well-being, and happiness in your life.
